Arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport . Met by a Habib's Tours and Travel representative beyond the Visa Counters and assisted with the immigration and customs procedures. While you are sorting your baggage in the baggage hall, baggage tags will be distributed by our representative. Outside the baggage hall, you will be met with a welcome banner and the traditional welcome with flower garlands in true African style.

Your luggage will then be loaded onto the safari minivans and you will all be transferred to The 5 star Safari Park Hotel, Nairobi www.safaripark-hotel.com. At the hotel, a special welcome has been arranged for the whole group in the lush gardens with African dances, chilled towels, and a cool non-alcoholic welcome drink with the Kigwa waterfall as a backdrop.

Set in the outskirts of Nairobi, 15 minutes from the City Centre and 40 minutes from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, this 5 star hotel is situated on a 64 acre property with numerous gardens with all types of tropical flowers. The Nyama Choma Restaurant is a unique restaurant that serves regular meat as well as exotic game meat - you can expect to eat Impala, Zebra, Crocodile, ostrich and other game here.

A full buffet breakfast will be arranged especially for your group by the Kigwa Waterfall fountain at The Safari Park Hotel.

After checking out you will be transferred in minivans to The Wilson Airport for your regular scheduled flight to The Maasai Mara, Kenya 's most famous Game Reserve.

Arrive at the Maasai Mara airstrip where you will be met at the airstrip by traditional Maasai dancers and a cool welcome drink at the airstrip and then transferred to the Mara Safari Club - www.lonrhohotels.com, a permanent luxury tented camp built on the banks of the Mara River . This is a first class tented camp. All tents are en suite and the cuisine is truly international. On arrival at the camp, your luggage is going to be taken to your tents by the camp porters and you will all get a chance to go into your tents to freshen up.

A full buffet lunch will be arranged specially for you by the swimming pool at Mara Safari Club.

You will be driven out by your driver/guide in a 4WD vehicle for your first full safari drive in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve. In the Mara you stand an excellent chance of sighting the 'big five'. The big five are the lion, the leopard, the rhino, the elephant and the buffalo. The greatest attraction in the Mara is watching the animals in their natural element; a lion's roar, a cheetah making a kill and the big elephant herds are all fascinating events.

After your safari drive you will be taken to the Aitong Hill where a sundowner cocktail with hot and cold canapés has been arranged for you. Here you will have a chance to witness the glorious African sunsets.

After your sundowner, you will then proceed for your dinner in the African bush! Here, Maasai dancers will welcome you with their fascinating dances and you will get a welcome cocktail near a bon-fire. The path will be lit by lanterns and flaming spears. The bush dinner site will be decorated in traditional Maasai decor and the tables will have the full set of cutlery and glasses as in any first class restaurant. Maasai's will stage a very authentic mock attack complete with war cries! A full buffet dinner will be spread for the group with chicken, lamb, pork, beef, vegetables and salad in the variety. A full dessert spread will also be available as well as Kenya tea and coffee after the dinner. A bar with full waiter service will also be set.

We will provide a microphone and music system and the guests will have a dinner under the African stars with the drumbeats of Africa playing. After the gala dinner the guests will have a chance to dance then they will be taken back to the lodge for overnight.

You will be woken up this morning to a lovely African sunrise and coffee, tea and cookies will be brought to your rooms.

Drive off to another adventurous safari drive in search of wild animals. The early mornings and evenings are the best times to watch the big cats hunt - the lion, the cheetah and the leopard. At these times the most glorious sunrises and sunsets are observed. After your early morning game drive your driver/guides will take you for a bush breakfast in the Maasai Mara. Set out under the morning African sky, the tables will be laid out in the open with a full buffet breakfast set on one side with cereals, juices, bacon, sausages, potatoes, tea and coffee in the spread. The clients will have breakfast with the awesome view of the Maasai Mara plains ahead of them.

Return to the camp after breakfast. This morning will be at leisure to relax by the pool or take a dip. A full buffet lunch will be set in the gardens at Mara Safari Club.

This afternoon you will be taken for another exciting game viewing drive in the Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Tonight's dinner is arranged for you by the swimming pool at The Mara Safari Club. This again will be an exclusive setting for your group. Overnight at the Mara Safari Club.

Wake up to another beautiful morning in Africa , with birds chirping and singing. Tea, coffee and cookies will be brought to your rooms.

After breakfast, you will check out of the camp and you will be transferred by road right across the vast expanse of the Maasai Mara to the Western side, game viewing en route.

Arrive at Il Moran Camp www.governorscamp.com you will be welcomed by Maasai dancers on the lawns of the Camp. Your luggage is going to be taken to the tents by the hotel porters. The Il Moran Camp www.governorscamp.com is situated on the Western side of the Maasai Mara - on the Musiara triangle - one of the richest regions in terms of wildlife in the Maasai Mara along the banks of the beautiful Mara River - this is an exclusive small and intimate camp with en suite bathrooms - the bathrooms have flush toilets, bidets, shower and Victorian bath. Hidden under ancient trees deep in the forest, are just 10 tents lining the winding banks of the Mara River .

A full buffet lunch is arranged for the whole group on the lawns of the Il Moran Camp, with attentive waiters on call to take care of your every need. Afternoon at leisure followed by an evening game viewing drive in the Maasai Mara. The ecosystem on this side of the Mara is different and you will notice the size of the acacia trees and the different animals.

This evening you will enjoy a sundowner cocktail to witness the sunset. After the sundowner you will enjoy a bush dinner with a Mongolian theme!

Overnight at your camp.

Wake up this morning to another bright and sunny day in Africa . You will go for an early morning nature walk then return to your camp to have breakfast. Optional balloon flight with Champagne breakfast!

You will be taken to an authentic Maasai Village to meet the Maasai people who are the real owners of this reserve. This is a proud and aloof tribe which has held on to their customs and traditions for hundreds of years. They are essentially Nomadic cattle herders and have learnt how to co-exist with the wild animals. In the village you will have a guided tour, shown how they make fire out of 02 sticks, how they make their houses, and you will meet and interact with the villagers.

Once back at the camp, we can arrange for a team building exercise if you wish. The whole group will be divided into smaller groups and some of the activities we can arrange are listed below. These team building exercises can also be done at the Maasai Village !

1 ] Dressing one member of the group like a Maasai. We will supply all the items of dress including the red ochre and spears.
2] Fire making competition - The groups will compete with each other on how to make a fire using Maasai skills and techniques.
3] Bead making competition - The Maasai's main ornament is the bead necklaces. We will supply the materials.
4] Throwing spears and testing accuracy with bows and arrows. We will have a Maasai judge to announce the winner. This winning group will get an award that will be Maasai in origin, for example a traditional authentic Masaai spear.

You will then have lunch at Il Moran Camp. After lunch you will have a short afternoon rest followed by your evening game viewing drive. You will have a buffet dinner arranged in the gardens at the camp. Overnight at the camp.

You will be woken up with a cup of coffee or tea brought to your tent.

A full buffet breakfast will be served to all the guests in their individual tents. After breakfast you will check out of the camp and will be transferred to the airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Nairobi .

Departure of flight back to Nairobi.

Arrive at Wilson Airport in Nairobi where you will be met in minivans and transferred to The Karen Blixen Coffee Garden for lunch. The Karen Blixen Coffee Garden is situated 2 miles from The Karen Blixen House - now a Museum - the former home of Baroness Karen Von Blixen, the author of 'Out Of Africa'.

Lunch will be set for you outside Swedo House - a house with as rich a history as the Karen Blixen House. During lunch you will get a copy of the history of Swedo History and you are free to take a tour of the house if you wish.

After lunch you will drive to The Mount Kenya Safari Club, in Nanyuki town in the central provinces of Kenya .

Arrive at the Mount Kenya Safari Club www.lonrhohotels.com where you will be welcomed with a cool drink, cold towels and Chukkah drummers who will entertain you as your luggage is taken to your rooms. After the welcome you will have an informative demonstration to show you where the actual equator position resides. This demonstration is very fascinating and it involves the use of water and the direction it takes when it is placed in the southern hemisphere and the northern hemisphere.

Situated on the lush, lower slopes of Mt. Kenya, The Mount Kenya Safari Club offers a unique blend of comfort,relaxation and adventure. Set upon acres of manicured lawns, ornamental ponds, streams and flower beds this famous retreat exudes quiet elegance amidst a dramatic backdrop. The Club has an unparalleled view of Mount Kenya . Tonight you will have an Out Of Africa Black Tie Dinner set exclusively for your group on the banks of the River Likii. This is a beautiful setting with the sound of the river and the open African sky. Overnight at the The Mount Kenya Safari Club where you shall stay in cottages.

A full buffet breakfast set exclusively for your group on the Bowling Green at The Mount Kenya Safari Club.

You will then be assisted to check out of the Mount Kenya Safari Club and your professional driver/guides will pick you up and drive you the the Ol Pejeta Ranch where you will have a morning game viewing drive. On this game drive you stand a good chance of seeing lions, giraffes and lots of plains game like Impala, Gazelles, Zebra and Wildebeest. You will then visit Morani, the domesticated rhino whom you can touch. You will also visit the Jane Goodall Chimpanzee Sanctuary and meet these lovable very mischievous cousins to man.

You will have a full buffet bush lunch in the Ol Pejeta Game Ranch followed by the drive back to Nairobi .

At the Safari Park Hotel in Nairobi , you will again be welcomed back by dancers and drummers and check in at The exclusive Ivory Lounge. Your luggage will be taken to the rooms by hotel porters and you will have a chance to rest and freshen up.

You will be picked up by your driver/guides and transferred to The Carnivore Restaurant in the outskirts of the city. The Carnivore is one of the most popular restaurants in Nairobi . At the Carnivore we have arranged a very interesting activity involving the whole group learning how to play the African Drum as a team. This activity is especially good for team building as the members get to play the drums as a team to make music. During this activity you will be guided by a tutor.

This will take 01 hour then the whole group will sit down for dinner The Carnivore is a 'must go' for any visitor to Kenya . Here, the meat is grilled over an open fire more like the Brazilian way. Besides the regular meat like beef, chicken and pork, the restaurant also serves game meat like zebra, giraffe, wildebeest, ostrich and crocodile. Please sample them all!

The waiters first serve soup on the table then bring in various salads placed on the table. The meats are then served on meat skewers by waiters who come round the tables. A white flag is placed on each table and as long as the flag is up, the waiters will keep bringing the meat. They only stop when the flag is brought down as a form of surrender.

Desserts consisting of fruit salads, assorted ice creams, pineapple pie and brandy snaps are then served along with tea and coffee. A special cake bearing the company's logo will be served with much pomp and dancing by the restaurant waiters and staff. After dinner we will transfer you back to the Safari Park Hotel for overnight.

A full buffet breakfast will be arranged for you by the exclusive Kivuli Terrace at The Safari Park Hotel. After breakfast you will be transferred to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your international departure flight with wonderful memories of your Kenyan adventure safari.

NOTE: Il Moran consists of 10 tents and includes amongst its services, laundry, game walks, wines, beers and soft drinks [champagne and spirits are not included and are paid for directly].
